Wrote the book on micromanaging employees! Down to every phone call

So many to list, so little character space. Mainly, they spy on you with a secret camera and watch you all day on their iPad. Talk about creepy and people who do not trust their staff

The only pro of working for Proshred is the competitive wages. Advised of benefits haven't received any as of yet

Various tasks unrelated to position. Was advised this was a customer service role only to find out it isn't. The hours are too long

Eliminated Position and Took Their Time Paying Me

Nothing positive ever came from my experience with this company.

Cons

After extensive background test, interview, drug screen, and week with a driver on his route, my position was eliminated for reasons unrelated to me. Paying me for my time was an afterthought. Very impersonal...they had decided that they would rely on their call center and website for new business.
