      Pros

      open for your idea and allow you to take action and handle target by yourself.

      Cons

      The job will take longer than an office hour which you will have to work extra hours on the weekend. So it will be 70-80 hours/week.

      Pros

      Provide pantry to staff to eat in the office with equipment. Good for expat to work.

      Cons

      White priviledge, cannot expect equality. If you are expat lucky for you. Managment has no leadership and management skill. Should train them to be a good leader before promoting those people. No retention. They dont care about their people.
