Pros

It's a fairly large company with in-house manufacturing, so there are many job opportunities to move or be promoted into. They offer killer health insurance and seem to compensate their staff pretty well, even those in the manual labor sector.

Cons

There's a huge disconnect between the manufacturing and hq - management recognizes that production is the backbone of the company, but actually looks down upon them. No 401k for a $100+ million a year company seems weak. Terrible PTO offerings and not much vacation. Company claims to be Christian but has employees work on Christmas Eve, Labor Day, July 4th - all of which are strange. If you're involved in the Church that supports the company, you'll have access to promotions but if you're not, you'll never move anywhere. Lots of nepotism - will hire family members over actual quality workers.
