      Pros

      Excellent opportunity to learn about the EMS industry. Genuinely caring coworkers. Challenging work that allows for professional growth and keeps you focused & driven.

      Cons

      Benefit plan has large deductibles and requires extensive out of pocket costs. Corporate hierarchy not followed causing tension between employees.

      As much over time as you want

      Cons

      Promises are made then never followed through on. No matter how much you work you do not get a head. HR is a joke, look over 4 months to get promised raises put into effect, then they back pay from it was not correct. Management does what they want, hardly ever shows up.

      Pros

      Everything is electronic time clock charting and recently added mdt to rigs. It helps you do your job but is painstaking at the same time.

      Cons

      Company is the cheapest I've ever seen. It's disgusting how they neglect equipment and most importantly you the employee
