- toxic environment (alot of favoritism in the company, ie even if you give feedback to hr also no use because they side with full timers) -pretend to be nice to u but behind ur back they talk bad about u damn two faced LOL, one moment don't like u, talk bad about u then next moment help u and eat lunch with u. TOXIC!!! - rude people lol. will give u attitude for no reason and shout at u - pay wise ok only, can find better jobs paying $8/hr with better working environment - only 30 min break might as well don give LOL - if you make any mistakes, they will scold u in the group chat. no mercy at all LOL - overall, really bad environment, regretted working there, pay was low, attitude of the people there are generally damn BAD !! other than some caring seniors. Management don't really care about ur wellbeing, only side their full timers so complain also no use!!!

- the female management there are more bias towards the men than females there and they tend to reprimand the ladies more as opposed to the men - the female management tend to treat the malays better than the chinese which i as a chinese feels very unfair as this is racism - the whole place is literally like a chinese vs malay thing as the malays there dislikes the chinese - during fasting season, everyone shld be entitled to only 30mins break but the malays use praying as an excuse to take 45-60mins break and this is unfair to the chinese and other races in the company

Management is the worse. There’s no work life balance. They expect so much but doesn’t even help out the staff. You’ll be worn out if you work here. Too much work load but no staff to cover.

Management were double standards and did not follow Work Instructions for workflow. Management often announce last minute and deploy staffs to commit 12 hours shifts and long OT hours without informing beforehand. Not only that, they did not respect if staffs unable to commit it. Unappreciative management made clear - Either we stay put this job or we can leave anytime. Annual Leaves were allowed based on only 1 staff per day and to draw lots. Little to no progression for salary increment and career promotion. The company credit last salary (notice period pay) 1 month later after you left the company.
