      Bad management at all levels, avoid this company if possible

      Pros

      If you are a good personal friend of someone with the top management, you might be able to get a senior-level jod there even if you are completely incompetent to handle it

      Cons

      The management is crowded with losers that have been fired from other companies and are with Patria only because it is their plan B or C and they would prefer to be elsewhere. The strategy is a mess and the employees are treated as something that can be replaced any time...
