      Pros

      The production personnel and supervisors are great to work with.

      Cons

      Management doesn't list to there operators or maintenance personnel about problems and what or how to address the problems . they have added new machines but failed to raise there budget to maintain machine. safety guards are in bad shape . machine are run to break down point. parts are poorly keep up to date

      Pros

      Awesome place to work lots of hours and great pay lots of opportunities if you just do your job and don't try to stand up for yourself

      Cons

      When they let you go you are treated like you are a criminal... I was maintenance and they are not allowing me to pick up my tools (personal property) they will be hearing from a lawyer if not returned to me shortly

      Pros

      There's not too much competition with other companies, and being in the heart of the central valley is beneficial for the company, the customer, the grower, and the employee.

      Cons

      During the grape, and the strawberry picking season, everyone is so busy, there's hardly time for anything else besides work, with lots of overtime.
