Great staff to work with. Dont really learn much cos once you know the workflow everything is pretty much the same (answer residences phone calls, enquiries, help with events from diff occasions).

as everyone knows gov sector needs minimally degree to masters to climb the ladder.

system is unclear, did not get salary adjustment that most public agencies got. Grassroots system obsolete. too much politics involved. Things will not be changed due to bureaucracy.

Need discipline for self upskilling cos management lacks the ability to send staff for upskilling or keep thing relevant. Lack progression planning. Need to farm your own. No succession planning by management as well due to shortage of manpower.
