Cons

Tons of guidelines to process and digest on your own time for free. Tons of specific and intricate cases to get familiar with on your own time. New "skills" to acquire on the go, meaning more unpaid time to acquire the said skills. The time they allocate you to rate a given task is RIDICULOUSLY UNREALISTIC. In reality, the work will take you at least twice the time they will pay you. Most of the tasks to rate are edgy cases with scant info available. A big disappointment that leaves a bitter taste of time wasted.

Sweatshop style, they claim that X task takes 3/6/9 min to complete so they will only pay you for 3/6/9 Min marked on the task, in reality, it takes over 20 to complete a single one. you will only get paid for the 3/6/9 Min they CLAIM the task should take. I have done tasks that had a 3-minute completion time but took over 45 min. hard to get your compensation as they don't respond and hope you will just stop asking them for your salary.
