Nothing apart from free coffee and some good people

Cons

People are so scared to loose their job that they’ll set you up for failure people working here since way too long are just blatantly working on old technologies with no room for improvement or any kind of guidance you’re on your own ! A lot of gossiping and a lot of group politics that’ll make you feel pathetic to come here and work !

everything. this is the worst company ever. management are a bunch of bullies with very high egos. they mistreat all their employees and speak to them like animals. this place is terrible.

There are no good reasons to work at Persivia

Senior leadership, specifically the founders, are egotistical bullies who do not know how to properly run an organization. The leaderships constantly speaks out of both sides. They are continually harping on the need for process improvement, however, when push comes to shove, they are the ones breaking all the process rules to the detriment of internal resources and clients.
