No bonuses whatsoever. No opportunity for career elevation. Very small raise increments each year if you even get one. Employee evaluations don't seem to make any difference.

Management needs to work to retain good workers. Pay is not in line with other companies performing manufacturing. Company needs to send management to training classes. They need to learn and practice Interpersonal Effectiveness.
