Decent pay if you put the work in.

Fake culture. Everyone’s cheerful in person, but behind the scenes managers and execs are sharks. They state their core values as financial freedom for all their marketers, but it’s really just for execs. Managers will sink you in a second if they have leverage over you. You have no friends here.
