Tin pot company with a toxic culture

The only good thing about this company was that I got to leave in the end.
Cons
This company had a toxic culture when I was there and bullies who were not dealt with at supervisor and manager level. One manager in particular was a snake and enjoyed making our lives hell and would talk badly of staff and other managers when they weren’t there. Use of temps is high and they take advantage of being able to kick you out with no notice. Nepotism is commonplace here. Gossip was a problem and if your face doesn’t fit you’ll know about it. Workload was too high and we were often understaffed with no support. Very unpleasant atmosphere here.
