Good work. Terrible culture

Pros

-You get to work on a lot of projects that help you to broaden your skill set. - Free food, which is great!!!! - Hard working group of people and the engineering team is always willing to pitch in and help.

Cons

- Terrible culture. There are racist comments and age discrimination by senior staff. Product, Marketing and Sales team (especially VP level) are stuck up and tend to bully staff, play political games and play favorites. They are always finding ways to get the ex-CEO to fire employees that they have not worked with at their previous companies (Yammer, IronPort,WibiData). - All the early hires have left the company and senior staff does not seem to care about that. -

There are no pros at Platfora!

Cons

Since new CEO Jason Zintak was brought in things at Platfora has tanked, all the good talent has been chased off, not a good place to be! In addition, VC will not touch the stock which is basically worthless at this point so there is no equity play at all!

Good company for big data visualization

Pros

Fee lunches and food. You will not get starved. Very cool visualization engine to show big data trends. Most of the tech stack is very new and should be very exciting to show customers.

Cons

A lot of processes and secrets. Management believe that if you don't work for us you are against us. Need to make sure not reinvent the wheel.
