If you’re looking for a safe, easy corporate job, this probably isn’t the place for you. But if you want to experience what it’s like to be part of a high-growth startup and truly see how the sausage is made, PlayerData is an amazing place to be. Pay progression has been strong too, and hard work definitely gets recognized.
Cons
Things move fast - priorities can change quickly as the company grows. Processes and structure are still evolving, which can feel a bit chaotic at times. You need to be proactive about learning; there’s support, but no handholding.
