Great work culture. Amazing and supportive colleagues. Even though we work remotely, there are many opportunities and events to interact with colleagues; besides business meetings ofcourse! :)

Cons

We work remotely at Plumm so it would be great to be able to physically meet my colleagues.

Pros

Plumm is a great place to work, the remote work for me speaks volumes. I am able to find a good balance between managing my day to day life at home while working and then travelling, as we work remotely I have been able to travel and explore more than I have in the past. Growth is at the top of my list, I have experienced absolute growth during my time at Plumm and couldn't be more grateful.

Cons

This is not a con, but we work hard to achieve greatness. This company is for people willing to put in the effort, in turn, this is rewarded with growth.
