Where do I begin. The pay is laughable, so much micromanaging, and watching your every move from cameras. Management gets to do whatever they like, come and go whenever they like, but you get in trouble for the tiniest thing. CEO Has a God complex, and wants to control everything you do. Sometimes I felt like I was in prison just sitting there with eyes on me all the time. Only get 30 minutes for lunch, in one department, but others can take an hour. And even then, they’re watching you. They just have a bunch of dumb rules, that make no sense, and don’t help you do your job any better. It’s almost like they’re bored and just feel like messing with you. Always looking over your shoulder. Benefits are meager at best, there’s barely any coverage. There’s no work life balance. I know I’m a random stranger on the internet but trust me, just STAY AWAY. Cos this place went from being a job to a torture experience really quickly.
