If you live in Stouffville, it would be close to home.

Cons

Management doesn't listen and one director in particular is ALWAYS interrupting people and customers. They play favourites with their customers, some they charge for "Government Updates" and some they don't. Management says one thing and does another. They want to grow the business by 10 times without a clear plan on where that revenue is coming from. It's not like there is a large number of banks we don't do business with now so we will have to generate this increase within our current customer base.

Pros

You're involved in the entire life cycle of each project and it's a good place for learning as a junior BA/Developer. Most of the team members; development or business team-wise, work collaboratively and can get along. You have a great work-life balance.

Cons

Not much opportunity to grow in the company The system that is getting used is very old-school. The pay rate is very low. Management don't listen and act as much as they should.

This place has poor management, no room for growth and will promote based on who they like, not who is most qualified.
