The social calendar at Portico is packed full of lots of events in every part of the year. However, this is only for people who would like to attend and is certainly not a requirement.
Portico pride ourselves on having some of the best managers in our industry and strive to provide an environment where everyone is treated fairly, respectfully and with dignity.
Whilst we appreciate that career progression is relative to each individual. It is important to mention that we have a very good track record of helping people to progress at Portico. In fact, 20% of our vacancies were filled by transfers and internal promotions in 2023, and 58% of positions at Assistant Manager and above.
Finally, we do our very best to constantly review the salaries of all positions at Portico to ensure that our people have the best conditions available on the market.
