      Parking Basic salary (pay over market rate)

      Unrealistic targets Cold desk No data or lapses clients Male dominant Banter (offensive) Favouritism for people and 1 rule for 1 and another for the rest Directors haven't got a clue! They have a secret society within an open floor plan with ultimate egos upto Avoid like the plague, wouldn't place my worst enemy there! Your threshold gets carried over every month, making it impossible to have a decent OTE!

      Great training programme, weekly meetings on performance, help along the way. Nice staff

      Cons

      All work no play, not familiar to fun working environment, dull office. Old staff and new staff can’t talk or mix in or out of work

      Our academy is built to train new recruiters and for it to be focused on learning and effort, this means that the academy hires are on a different floor and then get to join the team when they graduate. Recruitment is a tough job that gets better as you learn how to do it, plenty of fun and team building once you are in a recruiter role!

      Pros

      Fun, friendly work environment. Lots of emphasis on rewarding success. Freedom to plan and manage your own day. Given support when it's needed, however, generally left to manage your own time. Free parking and great bonus structure.

      Cons

      Not many local options for lunch (compared to working in town).
