      Pros

      Most of the teammates are good colleagues.

      Cons

      Very high employee turnover with fundamental changes in company strategy every 2-3 years. In essence, the company starts things from scratch every 2-3 years and a new set of top brass arrive with their own personal agenda. They enrich themselves and their friends for some time and leave, starting the next cycle.

      Pros

      Wonderful being a part of the Pressable team! Friendly, transparent, and flexible. This is truly the best opportunity I have had in my career. The ability to be fully remote allows for a great work/life balance and makes work more productive. Pressable management makes you feel a part of the company rather than just an "employee"

      Cons

      Because we are remote, we have to buy our own lunch haha. But truly, no real Cons here.
