      Pros

      - An unbelievable attention to detail in all things design. - Great senior staff with a wealth of knowledge and experience. - Very inclusive work environment. - Management is always encouraging and inspiring to better yourself as a designer. - Complete open door policy with management. - Will learn a lot about the business side of design. - Projects are very well structured and managed for the benefits of both clients and designers. - Big in the start-up scene. Huge opportunities for very interesting projects. - Compensation is on the higher end compared to similar design firms. - Music in the office!

      Cons

      - Very lean team so be prepared to get down and dirty. - For young designers, learning curve is minimal. Must be very well equipped with technical design skills. - Senior designers may desire more autonomy and personal agency with projects they manage. - Must enjoy designing housewares. It's not all they design but about half will be in this category. - Music in the office.

      Pros

      Prime Studio is a great environment for any designer to work and grow. I feel fortunate to design alongside CEO and Founder, Stuart Harvey Lee, who has an impressive history in mechanical engineering, industrial design, design strategy and business of design. As a relatively recent graduate, I felt I was afforded lots of opportunities at Prime that a larger company may not grant me. This small team means a designer is required to flex into a very multi-faceted role and be comfortable leading projects. Stuart is a phenomenal mentor, businessman and friend. I’m thankful for my time at Prime!

      Cons

      Due to the smaller studio scale, large group collaborative projects are not as common and less resources are at your immediate disposal.
