Pros

The only pro was a three day weekend.

Cons

1. Toxic management 2. Asked to do jobs that you've never been trained for. I.e. (trained on teak decking and windows, but be expected to build a cabin on your own with no prior experience) 3. Forced overtime 4. Never any kit or materials in stock to work with, which decreases efficiency rating which ultimately leads to being sacked. 5. Lack of PPE, you are expected to use the same disposable P3 filtered dust mask for weeks before changing them. (This will cause health issues later down the line). Conclusion: This company is a joke, if you value your life and don't want to end up with health/mental health issues, stay well clear.

Pros

Under no circumstances should you accept the job if Mr Hay, his lordship, is still present. He is utterly useless and can be likened to Caesar in terms of incompetence.

Cons

The design of the boats is a complete disaster. Everything about it is negative. From the shape to the color, it's all wrong. The proportions are off, making them look awkward and unappealing. The choice of materials is questionable, resulting in a lack of durability. The functionality is severely lacking, making them difficult to maneuver and use. It's a shame that such poor design choices were made. I strongly advise against investing in these boats. They are a prime example of what not to do when designing watercraft. Stay far away from them if you want a pleasant boating experience.

Pros

Access to many technologies and potential for learning much, though not through official training, and a lot out of date. Mostly friendly staff, many long term (20 years and more). All amusingly cynical. Easy to get in - they really are scraping the barrel for staff now.

Cons

Your starting salary will NOT improve from the pittance offered. No progression available, no career development. Bonuses rigged to never apply to "office staff". Redundancies every 2 years like clockwork when sales underachieve.
