I think there are a few cons but the good thing about the company is that they try to keep on working on them. One of the bigger cons is that you can't come in and do a short stint and expect greatest results. A bootstrapped company like this ends up thinking about the long term a lot and sometimes that takes the toll on the explosiveness of an idea. I think if you don't stick for atleast 6-8 months you won't know what really this company can do to you with it's culture. That being said what really makes it a con is that surviving the first six months is tough in an industry like insurance its a steep knowledge and skill curve.
