Work environment & culture: The worst work environment I have experienced in my long career, bullying, harassment, intimidation, yelling, name calling, overall sense of dread. This is not an exaggerated experience, unfortunately, a common one (all other reviews, while they may seem overly negative, are incredibly accurate). Please take the reviews seriously before you accept a role with the company. Leadership: Lack of leadership from the top, the leadership that does exist is toxic, a lot of distrust of employees, leading to micromanagement, pressure, and harassment. Inability to grow & lack of company investment in its people: This is unfortunately not a company where you can expect career growth, you may learn some things because you have to "wear many hats" - not because it's a small company, but because it's disorganized and there is a constant revolving door of employees. The company has a big issue with the ability to retain employees.
