Great team of people working alongside me, tons of overtime and advancement opportunities, they love an eager worker who always does their best and rewards those that can consistently show up and can prove they can continuously tackle additional responsibilities

Management sucks - very "old school". Expected to listen to your manager, even when they're wrong or don't listen to you

Fair hourly wage at $30.
Cons
I quit when they would not the in writing paid vacation. The so called off again, on-again maintenance manager lied continually on emailed status reports . He was uneducated in the field.
