      You get a job and gain experience. Pizza every Saturday and fruit and snacks everyday after lunch

      Here are some awesome things about working for this company: - You can work on different projects within the same company. - The office in Medellín is stunning, and the people there are incredible. - The company culture is fantastic. - There are lots of opportunities for growth and advancement. - You can work from home or anywhere you want, and you can set your own hours. - They really care about your well-being and mental health.

      - Their latest pod structure is a hot mess. - They have a toxic culture when it comes to leadership. - The Founder can be a bully and doesn’t respect boundaries. He often thinks he can solve everything with money or expensive gifts. - The corporate culture fades away with the years. They don’t know how to keep the team motivated. - You might think the pod leaders are the best, but one of them is clueless. The other is a workaholic, and that energy is draining for the team (not cool). The last one is less toxic, but he’s moody sometimes.
