      Horrible Management in Quality and HR

      Pros

      Friendly people work there. Very skilled and knowledgeable machinists and Manufacturing Engineers.

      Cons

      Dictatorial type of management in Quality Dept. Leadership. Unfriendly and lack of teamwork in Quality engineering group. Horrible Leadership to work with. Very arrogant and unforgiving. HR does not investigate allegations well to determine problems and is quick to take sides

      Not many that I came across.

      Cons

      Micromanaging at it's best . it seems as if managers do not trust you and your skills. IT managers are like puppets on a string for the COO, JC. IT department was a mess. You're opinion does not matter. manager and can't look you in the eyes when he talks to you. Training was horrible. Could not get assistance due to office politics. Manager could not help always referred to coworkers who said they were too busy. Set you up to fail. HR is not neutral and sides with management instead of being neutral. Beware!
