I had very bad experience working with this fraud company. I was hired on permanent payroll and got onboarded to a client project immeditaly. But I came to know that the tasks assigned are not matching with my skill set and it was different from what I was recruited for. There were a couple of tasks matching my skillset which I completed and logged the billed hours for a week. I requested to reassign me to some other project but there wasn't any immediate requirement for my skillset and I was given a mutually assigned clean exit after 10 days of joining with experience letter. But when I asked about my salary for the 10 days I worked (close to one lakh Rs) there was no response from HR after 20+ follow up mails for about 2 months. Finally I called the HR Head Prashant and his response was shocking. He said that the client is denying to release my payment so they CANNOT PAY my pending salary. I was a permanent employee of Qbrainex not a contractor hired for a time and materials project where I get paid for the actual working hours.
Not sure why the client is denying my payment when I have worked on that project for a week and logged my effort hours daily for the cases that I have worked.
Nevertheless, a resource in permanent payroll should be paid even if they are on bench without any projects assigned. Now I'm proceeding legally to claim my pending salary. I'm working in IT industry for last 16 years and never had a bad experience like this in my entire career where I got scammed like this.
