Pros

They provide everything to make you succeed: catered meals, unlimited snacks, overtime pay. Quarterly networking parties with open bar and restaurant. Holiday party with awesome giveaways. QCI has a "get things done" atmosphere that I would miss if I ever left. We move quickly to learn the problem and then solve it. No bureaucracy at QCI. We hardly ever have internal meetings, and when we do I look forward to them. I like seeing how much the team grows. For IT, they have very low turnover. Work varies from project to project. (Also con)

Cons

Work varies from project to project. (Also pro) Growing pains: 2 office spaces across a large parking lot. You might get placed at a client while we build a relationship with them initially. Very flat organization, no bureaucracy, but I'm not sure what moving up looks like.

Pros

Good pay, benefits, overtime, work/life balance, very little middle management, friendly co-workers, company cares about employees and clients alike. You can basically come and go as you please during any given work day. Developers are treated very well compare to large corporations. You are not just another number here.

Cons

Really aren't many. It's not a HUGE corporation so there aren't the "perks" of a cafeteria, fitness center, daycare, etc... But the size of the company is what contributes to its success.

Pros

Good place to work or do business with. Takes care of employees, professional atmosphere, yet not uptight. No micromanagement, no middle management, everyone is treated like an adult and opinions are valued. Flexible hours, employees given tools needed to succeed.

Cons

Lack some benefits of a huge corporation (gym, daycare, fringe benefits). Plenty of income potential, but not a lot of room for growth.
