Pros

No pros to share as all the positive reviews provided for this company was all scripted.

Cons

Never ever trust this company. They will drain all your energy and never really look after their employees. The management think they are as they are good but just newbie manager trying hard to be somebody.

Pros

The company is really good at supporting their employees to succeed in their tasks. I have competitive and approachable immediate superiors who will stop at nothing to train, help, and support you. This company also helped me meet some of the most wonderful, kindest people I know. The company also provides snacks and has a slightly more decent pay than other companies.

Cons

I've worked in the company for several months and during my tenure, the management proved problematic in handling criticisms from their employees. They chastised a whole department after airing their concern in a weekly report channel about the increasing workload. They also fired an employee for sharing their struggles in a private channel and branded it as “complaining”. They also mandated us to write positive reviews instead after a month of high-employee turnout instead of listening from the valid, reasonable critiques of their former employees. The company can also be a little sneaky in their employee evaluation process. Finishing all your articles and getting a reasonable amount of edits will only give you an 80% rating forcing their employees to produce more output with no compensation except for the rare pat on the back from the management. I really want to leave QWERTYlabs alone but it has come to my attention that they are deleting bad reviews and replacing them with ones not only tell lies but attack their former employees. QWERTYlabs is nice if you can smile all the time, write “positive” company reviews, and keep your silence despite the management’s poor treatment of their employees.

Pros

there’s some free coffee and snacks sometimes in the pantry

Cons

Please take the following (previous and future) positive reviews here with a grain of salt. A very, very big grain of salt. These reviews are all part of a “mandatory” routine since this organization lost over 4 employees within the span of 2 weeks as of last year, and continue to lose more every month. There have been an extreme amount of (unreported) unprofessional incidents that have been done by the superiors. Although, I cannot speak on behalf of all departments, you might definitely want to run - not walk - away when you’re presented with an “opportunity” to work in the content management department. You will experience an unbelievable workload which no amount of compensation will ever be enough for, burnout every other hour, and have your (physical/mental) health concerns greeted with anger from your supervisors. Management does nothing but turn a blind eye or even enable terror tactics to maintain or “improve” your performance as they see fit to reach or exceed quota. If you think about contacting HR, don’t bother since they’re one and only HR point person disappeared this January 2020. To whoever is considering going here, I genuinely hope and pray you could understand the dire situation of the employees in this department. Everyone is held against their will because management has gone as far as to fire anyone who wishes to tender resignation and tarnish everyone’s reputation. They are harsh. Stay away. Everyone who has given a good rating is either oblivious to what’s going on outside their little bubble or pressured by management so that they don’t get slapped with a suspension.
