      Decent amount of pay and proper benefits are offered.

      Cons

      Everyone wants to be the best, the smartest, and the most talented. Competition is really high within the team, when there shouldn't even be a competition at all. It's sad that the system works this way.

      When you're a new employee in the company, all eyes will be on you. Expect to get criticized viciously, and the pressure will be tremendous

      It's a paycheck, nothing to brag about though.

      Cons

      This company was not organized. Organization and system were constantly changing. Everything was done on the whims of the owners. Everything was an Emergency and my interruptions had interruptions. They also refused to embrace or invest in technology. They were still a pencil and paper business.
