      Pros

      Managerial staff have been amazing and accomodating to a lot of the issues that have happened to me throughout the years. Great employee resources such as in house counseling and career plans to help you move forward in your own passion/career. Training was actually fun and pretty informative.

      Cons

      COMMISSION. We have incentives and sales goals and it feels like every month or so they add more to it so that they can take more from your paycheck for failing to meet a certain sub-goal of that incentive. For example, if you dont sell enough accessories (even though you made your incentive for that pay period) they can take 25% of your commission. Or, if you dont sell enough features or tablets, they'll take ANOTHER 25%. So, you can make incentive and miss your accessories or feature goals by a couple of dollars, and lose HALF of your commission. Insurance through the company is insanely expensive - better to outsource your insurance through Aflack or something similar. If you dont choose to go with an outside insurance company, and decide you want to upgrade or downgrade your insurance plan, you have to wait for the entire year to end before doing so.

      Pros

      Bonuses and the people and genuinely great and the pay was pretty good as well overall a great company

      Cons

      Working from home was a little stressful taking so many calls , and upper management is a little rude

      Pros

      The pay is decent for what we do. There is always overtime available. The calls are very easy and repetitive so that after your first day you know exactly what to do. Work from home so no commute or travel related expenses. Not on camera for job. Around the clock support in a chat room that you keep open during your shift for any random issues you might encounter. There are multiple campaigns to train on and advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      The schedule and days off suck. The calls are back to back and you can expect to take at least 8-12 calls per hour. You use your own equipment so anything that happens is out of your pocket. They expect you to condense a 8+ minute call to less than 5 minutes and still maintain a passing quality call.

      The option to work from home was great. Some of the management was easy to speaks with

      The calls never stop! You are on the phone the entire time, and if you go to the bathroom for more than a couple of minutes management is calling you and asking why you aren’t working. If you put a customer on hold for too long management calls you and asks why they have been on hold for so long when you ask for help they don’t know the answer. The training is a joke!!! It took us a month and a half! Make your training classes MAXIMUM 15 people otherwise it slows the class down. The system is also not user friendly at all.

      You can see the impact of your work, valuable practical experience, You’d wear many hats, work closely with the core team. Remote work and flexible time is an added advantage.
