Pros

1. Helpful and supportive colleagues 2. Flexible login (log out time is not fixed) 3. Good salary (only on paper)

Cons

1. Variable pay will NOT be provided - There are people who haven't received the variable pay even after completing 2 years. If asked for this HR replies "It is not in our policy but we are working on it and updates will be communicated on this soon". Don't accept the offer if there is a variable pay component 2. No appraisal discussion - Appraisal process is random and no discussion happens with Manager or HR and the ratings & hike percentages are randomly given. 3. No pay during notice period (2 months) and do not expect F&F settlement 4. Outdated Systems - Provides old generation laptop/desktop with 4 GB ram. Crashes often and when asked for upgrades to the system, you won't get any response from the Management or IT team. 5. Favoritism - There are some employees and only they gets good projects, full support and timely recognition. The projects they work on (reporting) get credits and are depicted as advance analytics projects. 6. Very poor resource planning and unrealistic commitments to the clients 7. There are few leads who are only good with buzz words but have zero skills, zero knowledge and zero talent. They will just behave like a boss, give orders, lack professionalism, will neither help you in projects nor provide their inputs, will not join client calls but will keep asking you for updates daily. Not at all supportive and will backout when the situation becomes bad instead of leading it from the front, will put all blame on you even if it is not your mistake, will provide wrong feedback to the senior leadership behind your back and will make you work on unnecessary/irrelevant things 8. During performance review management will criticize you, even compare your work with "Favorite employee's" work and will make you feel like you haven't done anything 9. If you resign, management will try to make you feel like you have betrayed the company and in some cases they have even blackmailed the employees that they will destroy your future. 10. Too many IT restrictions - No access to many educational and useful sites. For any IT issues you need to raise a request and to get it resolved you need to follow-up with IT team repeatedly. 11. No tissue papers in the washroom, no cups in the pantry and they don't even let you to have coffee at your workstation 12. All positive reviews are fake 13. Fake claims on company website (Actual no of employees, clients and projects are not even 10% of the claimed numbers) 14. Very high attrition rate. 15. 95% pilots are free with no hope or very little chance of conversion 16. Leads/Managers push all their work to lower level and will expect to finish everything along with your regular work on time 17. Micromanagement, useless OKR and trackers filling. No decisions will be taken based on these but exists only to create troubles for the employees 18. Random hiring and then firing people 19. No WFH policy (Pre-COVID) and will keep on changing policy without even informing you 21. No leave encashment 22. To get the real picture check it's parent company reviews

Pros

Well they will pay you good money to bring you in. Once you are in, they would stop paying. A very few analytics projects in hand. 90% of work around here is BI. so if you love dashboards, good place to be in. If you are up for ML or advanced analytics stuff, then try somewhere else.

Cons

There are plenty but I will mention the major pain points. The management is a ticking time bomb. They have no idea what's happening, one day you are doing dashboard, the other day you will be pulled into another sinking project to save it from drowning. No structure no sequence just haywire. The company literally runs in POWER BI. So advanced analytics kinda work expectations would be unrealistic. Even the senior analytics consultant with 5+ years experience are doing power bi work. HR policies are completely crap. It is managed by a parent company infiniti research. It's pathetic and you will be managed by clowns masquerading as HRs. And the few reviews that you see with 5 stars are the ones given by the HR team to boost the ratings. They go so low.

Pros

2 individuals at the top (not CEO) are really good. they know and have built the company from scratch. rest of the management is just time-pass

Cons

Pathetic HR Biasness is in the air. close people are treated with great opportunities and the remainder of the people are just pawns with a CTC. just reporting work and a few decent projects at hand.
