      The corporate team is Very small. Which is not always a negative. Sometimes having small groups makes for easier decision-making

      In the corporate world, a friendly atmosphere can sometimes blur the lines of accountability. When unethical behavior arises, it’s often overlooked because of personal connections, leaving serious issues unaddressed. Even when these concerns are escalated to regional leadership, they’re frequently swept under the rug rather than properly addressed. This lack of accountability has resulted in the loss of many talented and dedicated employees who simply couldn’t thrive in an environment where integrity takes a back seat to favoritism.
