Too much empty emphasis on values. Used to be an easy to navigate open atmosphere but has changed to be bureaucratic and clique'd. Inequality has gotten better but the leadership doesn't seem to know how to tackle current social issues. The company is in a difficult breaking growth phase with most of its old guard changed and identity in crisis. Pay is below average. Too high a % of internal positions sucking up money. Too much focus on growth. A lot of people are hired but also great people leave for other mediocre companies.

There is a learning budget but you are highly discouraged to use it. You will have to fight tooth and nail for a promised raise so better to negotiate a higher salary from the start. The higher-ups encourage critique but when you give it, they ignore it. The CXOs preach about the company values which contradict with the actions f.ex. green values -> pursuing big oil companies as clients. If you are friends with the bosses, you'll get preferential treatment. If you're not a straight white man, your career advancement is going to be hard here. Lack of promised follow-through with most of the higher-ups. They say that employees can change projects, but if you express that you want to change projects, your contract at the project will still be renewed.
