Pros

There is not one reason to ever consider working for this company. This is a very hostile place to work.

Cons

No business plan. Leadership is passive-agressive at best. Zero communication. Frequent use of bad language. Hire/Fire daily. You are on call 24/7/365.

Pros

Place is a nightmare! Disconnect at executive levels. Verbally abusive puts it mildly, more like a bunch of 2 yr olds having screaming tantrums. Constant yelling, swearing and inappropriate behavior at ALL levels. Don't walk...RUN!! This place is led by spoiled brats!

Cons

Notice the positive reviews were all written the same day. That just shows the narcissistic tendencies of the people in charge. Pay is low, morale is non existent. God forbid you have a Dr appt or ever get sick. You will be accosted in front of everyone, talked bad about and given "the cold shoulder".

This person worked for the company for over 10 years but had or still has substance abuse issues. I wonder why it took so long to come up with any of these claims.

Pros

As stated by an earlier reviewer notice the positive reviews were all written the same day. You can likely figure out the level of honesty here. Technically sound staff but lack guidance and direction. Market has opportunity but company management is disconnect at executive levels. Family atmosphere but dysfunctional with swearing and inappropriate behavior.

Cons

Unstructured, unplanned and unaware company strategy leads to lost customers, missed opportunities and unfinished projects. Aggressive management style has disengaged the workforce where several employees have voiced displeasure but only seem to stay employed out of fear.

A disgruntled employee that was terminated within 6 months of being employed did not have the skill set to perform his job
