      Pros

      Friendly management, decent benefits package, and they will always work with you so long as you prove to be a worthy employee.

      Cons

      Not enough floating employees in case of an emergency. No real room to move up.

      Pros

      Full time work and steady schedule which is great for the security industry. Great job to have while attending college. Overtime is usually available if you are looking for it.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is the turn over rate, but this is not caused by the company. This company provides access control for residential communities, and rude/unpleasant residents/guest/vendor are the biggest cause of this turnover.
