      Pros

      It's a start-up so you have both the freedom and the pressure to create, innovate, test, change... There is room for growth. Your ideas are welcomed and tested. You see the impact you have on the students' lives and it pushes you to do more. The team is really fun to work with.

      Cons

      Senior leadership does not always make clear and rational decisions. Unproductive and detractors staff members are kept in the organization despite putting all the rest at risk. Salaries are not based on effort or contribution but on unclear motives. A lot could be done in a better way.

      Workload can be heavy during peak times, and deadlines can feel tight due to limited resourcing. • Compensation is competitive for the mid-tier market but can lag behind Big 4 levels at similar grades. • Processes and systems are still being modernised — some inefficiencies remain in workflow management. • Career progression can depend on office location and team, as opportunities vary across service lines.
