      Poor Leadership, too political for size. The facility was led much better several years ago.

      Pros

      All in all a pretty easy job for not the worst pay. Safe as long as you pay attention to what you're doing. Great rotating shift schedule! Actually gives time for life so long as you aren't being madated to work everyday.

      Cons

      Not the best paying job in town. Management doesn't fix problems, only bandages them...or duct tapes them rather. Anyone with the ability to change something don't care to listen. Pointless competition between the shifts to produce more than the others...leading to more waste. Almost half of employees are new hires due to low pay and terrible work environment.
