      Lots of politics in management. No recognition for work if you are not involved in pleasing people in higher Management.

      Pros

      1. Good work life balance. 2. Well implemented agile processes. 3. Very Friendly people in Management. There are some people in management who are amazing.

      Cons

      1. Lots of politics in higher management. 2. People with no/little skills will get benefits if they are involved in politics and pleasing people in higher management. 3. No Process are in place to recognise the work of an individual. 4. If you are a person who wants to work with integrity, and want to speak your mind, this is not a place for you.

      Disorganised chaos

      Pros

      If you love racing, this is for you. All aspects of racing are covered and it is a very unique industry.

      Cons

      The place is disorganised and senior management don't seem to care. There is a protected "boys club" who are never held accountable for their actions/inactions. There has been a 100% turnover of staff in HR/Payroll in less than a 12 month period, that should say enough about how broken the culture is at this place.

      Pros

      They have a great work/balance and flexible work arrangements but depends on your manager.

      Cons

      A horrible place to work. The worst thing is the clear and obvious bullying that HR is not only aware of, but is part of. If you have no ethics or morals and are willing to trample on everyone to get what you want, this is the place for you.
