      Pros

      I joined as GET then promoted to Engineer. Good learning and credibility from seniors at site. No hectic targets like in other firms. Sites has good offices and keep their employees at good place. Food is good comparable to other large infra companies. Company takes real care of its staff, I have met the chairperson who believes employees at site s should be paid more and timely as they work really hard for all of us.

      Cons

      HR team is a hell out there. I agree its a HR who offered my 1st job but at head office all are big fools. They have no idea about site conditions. They really enjoy a good time in company. The same goes for site HR also. Enjoying company money, not at all concerned about sites.Giant idiots. No one can complain about anything at head office. The site HRs and office HRs have good brotherhood.
