The root of the problem is really management. Exploitation of workers, unethical, rude, and think they are above everyone.

Bonus scheme was pathetic. No 13th month if target is not hit. Employee benefits are minimal.

The top management is inethical and non-appreciative to the staff. Company Benefit is close to none and only work according to the bosses's benefit. Hardly feel appreciated by the bosses even when extra miles were done.
