Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, this is means a lot to us. We do have a discretionary pay review process that takes places each year and sees many colleagues being recognised, you can find more details in your countries remuneration policy. I am interested to hear more about "weird HR policies". In terms of the two you mention, we allow colleagues to go to Doctors appointments and we have a good remote working policy which means you can work from anywhere for 2 weeks of the year.
