Pros
Due to the lack of competent management, there is a very high degree of autonomy. The social mission and co-workers are also great.
Cons
Customers treat you like garbage; the management suck; it is WAY understaffed; and most importantly, even though most employees have concrete ideas on how to improve the organization, these complaints and suggestions fall on entirely deaf ears.
