No Pros.. Stay away! They is nothing good about working here.. people are underpaid and undervalued... no one is management is really concerned about the employees well being

Cons

Nepotism in very department. You will not succeed unless you do major butt kissing and no one really cares about your ethics or hard work. There is racism and sexism that no one cares to address

My first interview was conducted by the CFO, instead of the direct manager of my department (the department I was interviewing for was not finance, accounting, etc). During the interview he decided to call one of my references in front of me, without telling the reference that the call was on speaker phone and I was in the room. The reference spoke highly of me, but overall this experience was unethical and unlike any other interview I’ve ever had. The interview was more of an egotistical mind game for him rather than a professional interview.

family run, favoritism, cramped, dark offices, high turn over for a reason.
