start work at 8.30am, but all is good once you get used to the working habits

Management team is bad as they practice favouritism, there is no way to excel if you are in the wrong books of the manager. The manager takes credit of staff which can be demotivating. “Yes man” type of staff would promote fast The sales are all taken by the junior staff to contribute to the senior staff

1. 20% paycut from your salary in the guise of the term "salary supplement" so that it's not illegal. 2. CEO is coarse with his words. Very traditional beliefs. Will not hesitate to slander your name the moment your sales isn't doing well. But don't worry, if you pull your sales back up, he'll praise you again. 3. No work life balance, have to work OT and weekends if you want good sales. 4. Forced to do motivational sharing stories during weekly meetings; everyone takes turns, only management get to skip. 5. Incentive calculation is not shown properly so you will never know for sure if you're given your full incentive. In short, company does not value employees. Employees work like dogs, but get little returns, still get rude and harsh treatment from CEO. HR is SCARED of CEO. Only know how to say YES to him, but don't dare to advise him on better employee welfare. Cherish your employees who are willing to stay in this place or you'll lose more people than you already have.

a lot of ah-hoc duties and responsibilities were given out of job scope. free OT is indirectly expected from newbies. online communication about work extends way past work hours. job is slightly sales-based due to kpi and a lot of cold calling involved which was tiring after extensive periods. under-paid.

- People are relatively nice. - A workplace which requires a lot of collaborative effort. - Can earn a lot of money if you put in the hours and effort.

- During the interview, will ask a lot of personal questions (eg. What do your parents do, do you have a partner, what does he or she do?) - Colleagues are openly gossiping about one another, pretty toxic - Everyone is very competitive. Fighting from the same pool of candidates to get jobs. - You are treated based on your sales results. - You are expected to OT even if you are done with your work

Open concept environment to work together but that's how they learn from you if you are doing better than the people who are seniors
