Pros
Reliable is working very hard at creating a culture that cares for their employees and the patients that we serve. We have a strong group of individuals who are passionate about what we do. We're moving very fast to grow which is fun for anyone who wants to be involved in a medium sized company who strives to be bigger.
Cons
Reliable has focused so much attention on growth and company acquisitions that we've lost a bit of site with stabilizing our operations first. There are a handful of companies that Reliable bought that still need to be fully merged with Reliable's system and a lot of policies that still need to be formed to create a smoother day-to-day. These pains should eventually minimize as we build out our policies and procedures more.
