There are way too many. Join this company, if you have nothing else or no where else to go, but if you have even one of them, do yourself a favour to choose the latter without a single thought.
The CEO always comes up with the story of climbing from being Maxi cab to Tesla and when it did not work or make revenue for the company, he then came up with the case study story of how dvd business went bankrupt to Netflix and explains how relyance has to reach that point else it would go bankrupt like dvd business. Fair, but this leadership needs to understand the fact that they are no where close to the business revenue that MaxiCab or DVD business had and first they actually have to work on reaching the level of revenue that these companies had before comparing themselves to these former giants.
This company is a perfect example in the world where building something that nobody needs has become so easier and its leadership over engineer anything or everything because they aren't writing code anyway, its Claude doing all the job at 10x :)
