      Look elsewhere - sinking ship

      Pros

      Paycheck, though I did wonder if they would clear the bank sometimes. That's it. Nothing else. Writing more only because Glassdoor requires more than 20 words.

      Cons

      CEO - arrogant baboon. Needs to sell. Knows nothing about business. In a meeting with his senior staff, we had to go around and introduce ourselves (this was his first meeting with senior staff apparently, but since I was relatively new, I didn't know that beforehand) and he interrupted one guy and said, "What's your name again? You look familiar." To which the guy replied, "Yeah, well I've worked for you for 15 years." In another one-on-one meeting with another departing senior exec, I asked what advise he had for me. He said, "Stay of his (the CEO's) radar."

      Fake sales figures and fake growth forecasts.

      Pros

      Cooking the books for years. Keep up the good work. Maybe someone will believe you.

      Cons

      The company is an absolute disaster. The sales force staff do not have a clue, the IT department is useless, marketing are a bunch of idiots and the senior management are not fit to clean toilets.
